Grove & Sons Ltd pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to achieve their ideal garden with the ideal service all the way from start to finish. Our build and design system enables us to achieve the perfectly suited garden fitting all of our customers individual needs and wants.
DESIGN
Stage 1
Grove & Sons Ltd begin with a free no obligation site visit to get a good understanding of what our customers are looking for. Whilst talking to the customer we exchange ideas and start a concept design for our customer, this helps them visualise their ideas.
Stage 2
Next, Grove & Sons Ltd work out a budget costing and send a quotation to our customers. If the budget costing is right and our customers want to proceed we move into stage 3. A deposit of 40% of the budget costing is required prior to any works commencing allowing us to purchase materials.
Stage 3
Now in stage 3 Grove & Sons Ltd like to communicate and work closely with our customers to ensure we are providing the correct design for your requirements. We tend to return to the site multiple times to re run through our ideas and designs and create a final design.
